Ouray’s world-famous Ouray Ice Park offers a huge variety of terrain that’s well suited for climbers of all levels. Whether you’re swinging tools for the first time on a visit to Telluride or Ouray, or refining steep ice technique, your day will be fully customized to meet your goals. Depending on your experience and interests, we can focus on topics such as movement skills, top-rope and lead belaying, ice screw placement and anchor building, multi-pitch systems, or the mental game of ice climbing.
Give ice climbing a whirl or build your skill set for single or multi-pitch ice climbs in Silverton, Telluride, Alaska, and beyond. An IFMGA Mountain Guide will tailor the day to suit you or your crew. All abilities, ages, body sizes, and fitness levels are welcome.
